Anywho, while out playing in the snow with Colt today, I took some photos of the neighbors beagles.

They make me think of my Freckles who was put to rest after Hurricane Ike.

It was for the best. She had behavioral issues that could not be fixed. She almost jumped out of our upstairs window. We closed it and she ran around the house tearing everything up. We had no fence and she tried to choke herself to death on the run outside. It was due to the hurricane. She got worse as time progressed. As it is she was a court seizure from the person who had her before we adopted her. We gave her two good years and the chance at life she'd not have had otherwise. She otherwise was a very very sweet dog and my Mom said it was one of the hardest things she's ever had to do. That dog was always in fear that she'd be locked up and always ran from everything. :(
